Oeshiki Ichijo Festival will be held on October 19th
The Oeshiki is a memorial service held on the anniversary of Nichiren Shonin’s passing, a traditional event that has been conducted for over 700 years.
The Rissho Kosei-kai has expressed through this festival its resolve to honor the legacy of Saint Nichiren and to carry forward the spirit of the One Vehicle taught by RKK’s founder, Nikkyo Niwano.
With heartfelt gratitude to our local community and all those cheering us on along the route, we march forward this year with brightness, joy, and one heart.
Held on Sunday, October 19, 2025. The parade runs from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Events and food stalls begin at 10:00 AM.
